mexican chile cookies..desert no. 1
for our home ec. project we have to make 3 meals and then do a powerpoint on the country we chose to make the food from. for our project we chose mexico because its different and the food has lots of flavour and lots of spice which gives it a good kick! we chose to do mexican chile cookies for our first desert as they would be different spicy. they turned out quite well and i would definitely cook them again...

Mexican Chile cookies sound....odd! Why not put up the recipe and I might, just might, try them seeing as you liked them!

ReplyDeletehaha...ill try and see if i can find it on the web again...although i warn you they are quite spicy! We have also cooked fajitas which turned out pretty tasty if i do say so myself so ill try and put up that recipe up aswell!
